Our Role
Sarah saw this complex 8 year project through from articulating the organisation’s challenge and vision for success - a 365-day operation maximising the use of assets to create a racecourse that could support quality racing for the long term - right the way through to the build-out of new facilities
Sarah led the development of the operational brief, stakeholder engagement, place based narrative, design team, financial modelling, masterplanning, planning, the tender for and appointment of delivery partners, development and build.
The project resulted in a place whose initial sales were 10 - 15 % above local market values.
